Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19, our 2021 Annual Meeting in Louisville, KY will be postponed until April 18-21, 2022
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown is historic, modern and memorable.
This historic property dates back to 1907 and is now on the National Register of Historic Places. The building housed Old Stewarts Merchandise Shop and remains one of the most beautiful preservations in Louisville. You can still see the crown molding, Old Stewarts tile decals, original sky lights and dramatic pillars. Just across the street you had people like Al Capone and Gatsby stopping by for the night.
Today the hotel maintains the original integrity of the building and the newly renovated space blends rich history, modern convenience and memorable hospitality. Located just a half-block from the Fourth Street Live! entertainment district in downtown Louisvillle, the hotel is surrounded by a bounty of dining options and area tourist attractions.

6:00 – 7:15PM: Supplier Advisory Council (SAC) Meeting
7:15 – 9:00PM: Board Meeting
Tuesday, April 20
8:00 – 11:30AM: One-on-One Meetings in Manufacturer Suites
11:30AM – 1:00PM: Lunch at the hotel
1:00 – 5:30PM: “Optional” tour of select bourbon distilleries
7:00 – 7:30PM: Evening on own, at leisure to discover the many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in the downtown area.
Wednesday, April 21
7:00AM- 7:45AM: Associate Members Meeting
8:00AM- 9:30AM: General Session
10:00AM-11:30AM: One-on-One Meetings in Manufacturer Suites
11:30AM- 1:00PM: Working Lunch
1:00PM- 5:00PM: One-on-One Meetings continue
5:30PM-10:00PM: Bus transfer to the Kentucky Derby Museum. Cocktail reception throughout the exhibits and sit-down dinner in the Great Hall including a historic walking tour of Churchill Downs.
(NAAUD requests that no meetings or outside events take place during Wednesday’s Reception & Dinner.)
Thursday, April 22
8:00 – 11:30AM: One-on-One Meetings in Manufacturer Suites
11:30AM – 1:00PM: Working Lunch
1:00 – 3:30PM: One-on-One Meetings continue
This will conclude the 2021 NAAUD Annual Meeting.
